Description

  • Analyze model errors and design strategies to improve performance.
  • Deploy, maintain, and upgrade ML models and pipelines.
  • Work across a modern tech stack in a fully remote, globally distributed team.
  • Collaborate with others in a startup-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Apply statistical, machine learning, and deep learning methods to client projects.
  • Contribute to GenAI, NLP, big data, and MLOps work where relevant.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 2+ years of ML engineering experience.
  • Experience with Python, ML libraries, and AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, HuggingFace, or TensorFlow.
  • Excellent English for meetings, customer calls, and business communications.
  • CV written in English.
  • Curiosity and ambition to learn across different industries.
  • Autonomy, positivity, teamwork, and adaptability.
  • Experience with GenAI solutions, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, serving LLMs, search, and embeddings (bonus).
  • Experience with MLOps, preferably in AWS such as SageMaker, and tools like MLflow (bonus).
  • Experience visualizing and manipulating big datasets or working in NLP (bonus).
