Description

Build and manage production tabular machine learning models using customer data.
Own model training, deployment, retraining, evaluation, calibration, and monitoring.
Develop predictive scores for churn, propensity, lifetime value, spend intent, and response use cases.
Implement MLOps processes including model registry, versioning, drift detection, and ongoing monitoring.
Design and maintain training and deployment pipelines in a self-managed environment.
Apply uplift or causal modelling to support incremental targeting.
Design and manage feature store capabilities.
Collaborate with commercial stakeholders to define how predictions will be used.

Requirements

Production experience applying machine learning beyond research or proof-of-concept work.
Deep hands-on experience with tabular predictive modelling on customer data.
Experience building churn or propensity models in telecommunications, banking, or retail.
Experience developing training, deployment, and retraining pipelines in a self-managed environment.
Practical MLOps experience with model registries, versioning, retraining, monitoring, and drift detection.
Comfort working within a data platform rather than solely in notebooks.
Experience with uplift or causal modelling for incremental targeting.
Experience designing feature stores.
Ability to work with commercial stakeholders to define prediction use cases.
