Description

  • Lead and scale the North American enterprise sales team across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing Account Executives through personalized growth plans and performance management.
  • Own regional sales strategy and serve as the executive sponsor on marquee digital transformation deals.
  • Build trust with C-suite stakeholders and guide complex enterprise negotiations through procurement and stakeholder hurdles.
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth by managing KPI performance, pipeline health, and monthly and quarterly ARR forecasting.
  • Refine the end-to-end sales lifecycle from prospecting through close and ensure effective use of the sales tech stack.
  • Run rigorous pipeline and deal reviews to identify gaps and support strong lead flow.
  • Advise the team on value-based selling, land-and-expand strategy, and balanced account portfolio planning.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by bringing field insights back to Product and executive leadership.
  • Partner with Marketing to improve lead quality and align ABM efforts with target accounts.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of professional experience in SaaS/Cloud sales.
  • 7-10 years of senior leadership experience overseeing the United States and Canada region.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent practical executive experience highly regarded.
  • Proven track record of overachieving quotas and scaling regional revenue from mid-eight to nine figures in a high-growth environment.
  • Deep knowledge of the SaaS landscape and the ability to communicate AI value propositions and ROI to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Expert-level proficiency with modern sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, and Value Selling.
  • Experience using Salesforce for data-driven pipeline management.
  • Demonstrable experience building both direct sales teams and indirect partner/channel ecosystems.
  • Proven experience coaching sales teams and accelerating ramp-to-quota across mixed-skill groups.
  • Ability to establish and manage rigorous KPIs and coach through underperformance while retaining top performers.
