Description

  • Develop and execute a territory go-to-market strategy to identify and qualify high-value enterprise opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to support predictable long-term revenue.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process for complex, transformational technology deals and close multi-million-dollar business.
  • Engage executive stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, IT, and Contact Centers to position LivePerson as a strategic partner.
  • Present ROI-based business cases and data-led insights to C-level prospects.
  • Apply disciplined qualification, deal strategy, and forecast management using the MEDDPICC framework.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Inside Sales, Solution Consultants, Legal, Marketing, and Professional Services to deliver customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Product and Success teams to incorporate the voice of the customer into the roadmap.
  • Work with regional partners to improve customer experience and support delivery.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience selling complex enterprise SaaS solutions with a proven record of closing multi-million-dollar deals.
  • Experience selling in SaaS, BPO, e-commerce, or online marketing environments.
  • Experience with strategic value-based selling, including buyer group identification and complex business case development.
  • English proficiency is required.
  • Strong understanding of AI, automation, and customer engagement technologies.
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles with disciplined CRM hygiene and pipeline management.
  • Familiarity with the digital transformation landscape in Asia Pacific, including consumer behaviors and enterprise procurement processes.
  • A growth mindset with openness to coaching and feedback.
  • An entrepreneurial, self-starter attitude in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Customer-obsessed approach and commitment to collaborative team success.
