Description

  • Design and build time capture, billing, and invoicing features across the data model and user interface.
  • Build and maintain integrations with Accounting Seed and AI time-capture partners.
  • Lead and improve the team’s AI-assisted development practices, including agent workflows, shared prompts, and code-review practices.
  • Collaborate with Product to refine requirements, with UX on interface details, and with QA on end-to-end testing.
  • Build, test, package, and release Salesforce managed-package and patch releases.
  • Contribute to project documentation and team knowledge bases.
  • Track delivery progress and participate in two-week agile sprint planning and estimation.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience with a typed backend language such as Java, C#, or TypeScript.
  • Frontend experience with modern JavaScript, a component framework such as React, and CSS.
  • Strong data modeling and SQL skills, including work with large datasets and scalable code design.
  • Habit of writing automated tests.
  • Daily hands-on experience using AI coding assistants to plan, build, test, and review software.
  • Clear communication skills for collaborating with Engineering and Product teammates across time zones.
  • Salesforce development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL, or Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer certifications (preferred).
  • Experience at a Salesforce ISV, including managed-package releases and security review (preferred).
  • Knowledge of legal billing concepts, Accounting Seed or other finance/ERP products, or AI tooling such as custom agents, MCP servers, or shared prompt libraries (preferred).

  • Fully remote work, except for NYC/NJ employees who work from the Manhattan office 6 days per month.
