Description

  • Oversee client accounts, projects, and engagements across work plans, staffing, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead Salesforce configuration efforts and take a hands-on role in the full implementation process.
  • Serve as the primary driver of projects while actively completing configuration tasks and guiding the project team.
  • Own the technical aspects of client projects and ensure successful implementation.
  • Guide customers through change management and provide resources and strategies for a smooth transition.
  • Maintain delivery quality, oversee junior team members, and proactively identify, resolve, or escalate project risks and issues.
  • Coordinate configuration, testing, go-live preparation, and third-party app and integration implementations.
  • Perform business analysis to design and implement Salesforce solutions within client environments and manage solution design, approvals, development, and final testing.
  • Assist with preparing baseline SOWs and change orders as needed.
  • Contribute to firm-approved AI-enabled client solutions and collaborate on compliant opportunities to improve client and internal processes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional services experience.
  • Experience implementing Salesforce, configuring Salesforce, leading Salesforce optimization projects, and providing Salesforce managed services.
  • Experience across all phases of Salesforce projects, including planning, delegation, process discovery, functional and technical design, training, testing, go-live support, and project management.
  • Proven expertise in business process analysis and solution design.
  • Strong preference for prior experience configuring Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ+.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple projects, schedules, and tasks concurrently while meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Comfort responsibly exploring and adopting firm-approved AI tools to improve productivity and innovation.
  • Open to learning and applying emerging technologies, including AI and automation, in alignment with firm policies and client standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited university.
