Description

  • Manage and lead quality assurance for files.
  • Assemble weekly project reports and track updates from artists, leads, and clients.
  • Organize submissions for delivery to the client and kick off assets approved by the Art Director.
  • Maintain and update file management and tracking systems.
  • Prepare materials for team distribution.
  • Assist with meeting notes from the Project Manager.
  • Create handbooks, guides, and tutorials for team members.
  • Support asset submissions and shepherd files through the artist-to-client feedback cycle.
  • Help develop creative solutions to small production issues as they arise.

Requirements

  • Previous production experience in the gaming industry and/or app development, including mobile or VR.
  • Prior animation background in the game industry.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office/SharePoint, Adobe Suite, Google Docs/Sheets, and at least one project tracking tool such as Monday, Jira, Shotgrid, or PureRef.
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills for weekly reporting, file sharing, note taking, file transfer, and submissions.
  • Proactive personality with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Bonus: solid understanding of animation workflows.
  • Bonus: experience specifically with Jira or Airtable.
  • Bonus: academic background in video games.
  • Bonus: experience with art creation tools such as Maya, 3DS Max, Photoshop, Substance Painter, and Unreal Engine, including their respective file types.
