Description

  • Execute end-to-end testing cycles across functional, regression, integration, smoke, and sanity testing for web applications, including responsive and mobile views.
  • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end automation frameworks using Playwright.
  • Build clean, robust, and reusable automation scripts aligned with the existing architecture.
  • Validate REST APIs using Postman, including request creation, scripting, environment management, and advanced validations.
  • Design and execute performance, load, and stress tests to verify system stability under high demand.
  • Identify performance bottlenecks and collaborate with engineering teams to improve system behavior.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and help ensure stories are testable with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Design test strategies, test cases, and validation plans that cover dependencies and edge cases.
  • Manage defects end-to-end, including identification, documentation, tracking, and validation of fixes.
  • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and manage repositories, branching, deployments, and environments through Git and GitHub.
  • Make informed release decisions and promote QA best practices such as shift-left testing, the testing pyramid, and quality metrics tracking.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in QA for web-based applications.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining automation frameworks using Playwright.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript for test automation.
  • Hands-on experience with API testing using Postman, including request creation, scripting, and validations.
  • Experience with performance, load, and stress testing methodologies.
  • Advanced knowledge of Git, including branching, commits, and conflict resolution.
  • Experience using GitHub, including Pull Requests and environment management.
  • Ability to design clear, structured, and scalable test cases for automation.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.
  • Experience with cross-browser and mobile testing tools such as BrowserStack.
  • Excellent English skills.
  • Experience with performance testing tools such as Gatling, JMeter, or k6 is preferred.
  • Experience working with cloud environments such as GCP is preferred.
  • Experience with media platforms, video workflows, or real-time systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
  • Strong resilience and ability to perform under pressure without compromising quality.
  • Critical thinking and a strategic mindset for improving QA processes.
  • Self-learner with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
  • Strong ownership and autonomy in decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
