Description

  • Lead regular 1-on-1 mentoring and coaching sessions to support consultant growth and problem-solving.
  • Co-create personalized development plans and support career progression for team members.
  • Identify, advocate for, and help prepare talent for promotion opportunities.
  • Provide meaningful performance feedback that supports improvement and confidence.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive team culture and strengthen engagement across the group.
  • Champion organizational change initiatives, including transformation efforts and AI-powered solutions.
  • Cascade key organizational updates and ensure alignment within the team.
  • Provide technical guidance and hands-on support for complex project scenarios and specific use cases.
  • Negotiate service level agreements and help ensure IT service management processes support agreed service targets.
  • Monitor service levels, review performance against SLAs/OLAs/KPIs, and handle major escalations as the single point of contact for relevant business applications.

Requirements

  • Good understanding of the customer’s business and how IT supports service delivery.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in contract and supplier management.
  • Ability to interact successfully with all levels of customer and IT provider organizations.
  • Strong technical understanding with the ability to translate technical requirements into business concepts and vice versa.
  • Innovative approach to improving service quality within organizational constraints such as resources, budget, and legal limits.
  • Strong problem-solving ability in complex situations.
  • Experience analyzing performance results against OLAs, SLAs, and KPIs is preferred.
  • Experience handling escalations and acting as a subject matter expert for business applications is preferred.
