Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close for prospective clients.
  • Build and execute a strategic territory plan to generate net-new pipeline.
  • Source a meaningful share of pipeline through outbound sequences, ICP targeting, Lighthouse Connect events, and industry conferences.
  • Run a disciplined sales process using MEDDPICC to qualify and advance opportunities.
  • Use AI agents and modern revenue tools to prepare calls, run discovery, and identify pipeline gaps.
  • Forecast accurately, maintain 3x pipeline coverage, and take full accountability for quota performance.
  • Become a hospitality expert and run ROI conversations without relying on a pre-sales overlay on every deal.
  • Sell an integrated platform versus point solutions by understanding the competitive landscape.
  • Identify expansion and upgrade opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Partner with Product to share market feedback and influence the roadmap.
  • Represent Lighthouse at industry events to build the brand and expand relationships.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a closing sales role.
  • SaaS experience is required.
  • Deep roots in the hospitality tech sector with an established network of hospitality connections across Indonesia.
  • Native Bahasa Indonesia speaker with exceptional command of English.
  • Self-directed, coachable, and driven to continuously improve.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to sell on value, not price.
  • Experience with MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks is a plus.
  • Comfort using AI tools as a core part of the selling motion.
  • Ability to confidently engage stakeholders from GMs to C-suite.
  • Located in Indonesia, preferably Jakarta or Bali, with full-time remote availability.
