Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close for prospective clients.
  • Build and execute a strategic territory plan to generate net-new pipeline and manage quota performance.
  • Source a meaningful share of pipeline through outbound sequences, ICP targeting, events, and industry conferences.
  • Run a disciplined qualification and deal process using MEDDPICC and related sales tools.
  • Use AI agents and modern revenue tools for call prep, discovery, pipeline analysis, and forecasting.
  • Advance deals with evidence, protect pricing on value, and forecast accurately.
  • Develop hospitality industry expertise to run ROI conversations and position the platform against point solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through new business, expansion, and upgrade opportunities.
  • Partner with Product to share market feedback and influence the roadmap.
  • Represent Lighthouse at industry events to build the brand and expand your network.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a closing sales role, with SaaS experience required.
  • Deep roots in the hospitality tech sector with an established network of hospitality connections across Indonesia.
  • Native Bahasa Indonesia speaker with exceptional command of English.
  • Full-time remote availability in Indonesia, based in Jakarta or Bali.
  • Self-directed, coachable, and motivated to continuously improve based on feedback.
  • Comfort using AI tools as a core part of the selling motion.
  • Experience with MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks is a plus.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to sell on value and engage stakeholders from GMs to C-suite.
  • Hunter mentality with a demonstrated drive to prospect, follow up, and win.
  • Experience in revenue management or hospitality workflows is preferred.
