Description

  • Lead the design, configuration, development, and deployment of ServiceNow applications.
  • Customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, App Engine, and Service Portal.
  • Build workflows, business rules, UI policies, ACLs, and automation scripts using JavaScript, GlideScript, and Flow Designer.
  • Develop Service Portal widgets and UI components with AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Lead integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub, and third-party connectors.
  • Ensure platform security, compliance, role-based access controls, and data governance.
  • Mentor and provide technical oversight to ServiceNow development teams.
  • Translate stakeholder and business analyst requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and document technical solutions, workflows, and architecture designs.

Requirements

  • Active DHS Public Trust clearance or higher; U.S. citizenship required.
  • 9+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
  • Advanced experience with ServiceNow App Engine, custom applications, and Service Portal development.
  • Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, GlideScript, UI policies, business rules, and Flow Designer.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and third-party APIs.
  • Experience leading and mentoring development teams.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for ServiceNow deployments.
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, presentation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Preferred: experience with HRSD, ServiceNow architecture, solution design, and complex integrations.

Benefits

  • Fully remote position with EST hours.

  • Annual salary of $90,000–$115,000, based on experience.
