Description

  • Manage the end-to-end front-end sales funnel for prospects and existing customers re-contracting, including project planning, timeline management, and implementation execution.
  • Own the full portfolio lifecycle, including intake, prioritization, planning, execution, and measurement of outcomes aligned to company strategy and revenue goals.
  • Establish and maintain portfolio governance, decision frameworks, standardized methodologies, and reporting processes.
  • Review contracts and legal documents for accuracy and flag potential issues through analytical quality control.
  • Serve as the central coordination point across stakeholders to drive alignment, accountability, and communication throughout the lifecycle.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues or challenges that may arise during the pipeline and contract process.
  • Lead cross-functional planning and execution with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, Product, and Technology teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by providing best practices and recommendations based on industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Prepare executive-level reporting, dashboards, and progress updates that communicate status, risks, and outcomes.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve provider onboarding, portfolio management processes, and supporting tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Corporate Legal, Financial, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in portfolio management, legal operations, or a related role.
  • Experience in customer onboarding, project management, or implementation management within healthcare revenue cycle, technology, or a similar industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into clear recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools such as Salesforce and Smartsheet.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
