Description

  • Research federal, state, local, and other funding opportunities.
  • Write and submit grants, proposals, and contract responses.
  • Ensure submissions are accurate, compliant, and submitted on time.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather required information and supporting documents.
  • Track proposal deadlines, submissions, and awarded contracts.
  • Build and maintain proposal templates and documentation.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in grant writing, proposal writing, government contracts, or a related field.
  • Strong writing, editing, research, and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a remote team.
  • Healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in healthcare, public health, nonprofit, or government-funded programs is a plus.
  • Experience using Grants.gov, SAM.gov, GovTribe, Asana, or similar proposal management tools.
  • Availability to work 10-25 hours per week during US Central Time business hours.
  • A non-confidential writing sample demonstrating experience with proposals, grants, contracts, or technical documents is preferred.
