Description

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Payments, and Dealing teams to translate business needs into scalable machine learning solutions.
  • Develop projects including LTV prediction, churn prediction, antifraud, uplift modeling, and generative AI applications.
  • Oversee existing machine learning solutions and expand ML adoption across the organization.
  • Improve MLOps practices for efficient model development, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
  • Establish processes for model version control, automated testing, and CI/CD for ML systems.
  • Develop and support LLM applications such as chatbots and knowledge bases.
  • Use AWS and related infrastructure to develop, deploy, and operate machine learning models.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of business applications of machine learning and how ML can generate value.
  • Proficiency with Python, PyTorch, SQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, and ClickHouse.
  • Experience with AWS services including SageMaker, EC2, EKS, and EMR.
  • Experience with Docker, FastAPI, Kafka, and Airflow.
  • Experience establishing and maintaining MLOps practices, including model version control, automated testing, and CI/CD.
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure, data source types, and software development processes.
  • Previous experience applying data science tools to mobile apps, gaming, or fintech is preferred.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
  • Experience with LLMs and tools such as AWS Bedrock, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, agents, or MCP is highly desirable.
