Description

  • Drive the Liatrio consulting services value proposition for target clients in collaboration with Liatrio executives, Delivery consultants, and R&D.
  • Consult with C-level and VP-level stakeholders to develop and implement enterprise-wide transformation strategies that maximize delivered value.
  • Prospect for new logos and expand transformational services within existing customer accounts across the assigned market territory.
  • Prepare and assist with pre-work, scoping, proposals, and contract negotiations for consulting engagements.
  • Forecast revenues accurately and in a timely manner and work to increase revenue and retention rates for specified key accounts.
  • Represent Liatrio with integrity and maintain industry credibility through presentations and relationship-building with varied audiences.
  • Assess and qualify/disqualify opportunities to focus resources on the highest-impact engagements.
  • Attend industry events, company events, and client site visits as needed to support sales and client relationships (anticipated travel 8–16 times per year).

Requirements

  • Consistent high performance against sales quotas driven by C-level and VP-level relationships at key customers.
  • Experience using a consultative or advisory-based sales approach in a complex enterprise sales environment.
  • First-hand experience selling Software Development, Cloud Application, Platform Engineering, and/or IT Transformation consulting services.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and application lifecycle development processes in large enterprises.
  • Partner and/or systems integrator (SI) management experience.
  • Proven ability to assess and disqualify customers/opportunities to protect deal quality and resource allocation.
  • Demonstrated willingness to prioritize customer outcomes, even when it may lengthen the sales cycle.
  • High emotional intelligence and practice of empathy in customer and team interactions.
  • Authorization to work in the United States or Canada without the need for sponsorship.
  • Comfort working autonomously in a dynamic, high-change environment.
