Description

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan in collaboration with the District Sales Manager.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and presentations.
  • Grow and maintain strong relationships with existing customers across a defined territory.
  • Leverage support from inside sales and technical teams to deliver value-added solutions.
  • Use CRM tools and data insights to manage the pipeline and territory effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, a 2-year technical degree with a Fluid Power focus preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of B2B industrial sales experience.
  • Fluid Power sales experience is a strong plus and preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with fluid power systems, components, and troubleshooting is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM systems and related apps.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally overnight.
