Description

  • Build and expand relationships with key accounts in the assigned territory.
  • Identify and develop new prospects through current customers, referrals, and networking.
  • Educate customers on products, applications, and solutions.
  • Support product selection and provide training to customers when needed.
  • Plan and execute a weekly sales schedule with about five quality visits per day.
  • Record customer interactions and sales activities in ACS at least three times per week.
  • Collaborate daily with Inside Sales, the Regional Sales Manager, and teammates on strategy and problem-solving.
  • Continuously develop technical knowledge and sales skills.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of industrial field or outside sales experience.
  • Industrial sales experience in fluid control, filtration, or fluid handling systems highly preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Strong communication, customer engagement, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to coordinate team efforts and lead training sessions.
  • Solid mechanical aptitude and comfort with basic math, including decimals, fractions, and algebra.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn CRM applications.
  • Some overnight travel may be required.
