Description

  • Lead and scale Immuta’s Enterprise West/Central sales organization.
  • Execute the regional go-to-market strategy in alignment with company growth objectives.
  • Drive new logo acquisition and expansion across the Western and Central U.S.
  • Recruit, coach, and manage a team of quota-carrying Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Establish disciplined forecasting, pipeline management, and deal execution processes.
  • Deliver accurate forecasts and maintain strong Salesforce CRM discipline.
  • Partner with Marketing, SDR, Alliances, and Customer teams to generate pipeline and partner-led opportunities.
  • Strengthen relationships with ISVs, Systems Integrators, and hyperscaler partners to create co-sell opportunities.
  • Ensure consistent quota attainment and regional revenue performance.
  • Support seamless handoffs from sales to post-sale to drive retention and expansion.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience selling enterprise software or data-focused solutions.
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience with a consistent track record of exceeding growth and revenue targets.
  • Experience leading distributed, multi-territory enterprise sales teams.
  • Strong command of enterprise sales methodologies, forecasting rigor, and Salesforce CRM best practices.
  • Demonstrated success opening new Fortune 1000 accounts and building executive-level relationships.
  • Experience collaborating with ISVs, Systems Integrators, and hyperscaler partners to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset with the ability to shape strategy and drive day-to-day execution.
  • Preferred: candidates based in California near major markets such as San Francisco, Los Angeles, or San Diego.
  • Regular engagement with customers across the Central and West Coast territories is required.
