Description

  • Serve as the dedicated procurement partner for an assigned business function and act as the primary contact for all procurement activities.
  • Coordinate with business owners, finance, the CFO's office, and the procurement team to keep purchasing activities moving smoothly.
  • Manage the end-to-end procure-to-pay lifecycle, including sourcing, vendor negotiation, contract review and redlining, requisitions, and purchase order issuance.
  • Engage directly with vendors on behalf of business owners and protect the company’s commercial position during negotiations.
  • Enforce procurement policies by ensuring spend is committed through a purchase order and routed through intake forms before vendor engagement.
  • Capture required contract metadata, service dates, and renewal clauses in the procurement system to support accruals and month-end close.
  • Confirm service satisfaction with users and record receipt data to enable three-way matching.
  • Track renewals across the portfolio, identify savings opportunities, and support cancellations and contract wind-downs.
  • Resolve service and billing issues while maintaining vendor scorecards and performance standards.

Requirements

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply-chain management with exposure to enterprise-level deals.
  • Demonstrated experience with the end-to-end procure-to-pay process, including sourcing, negotiation, contract redlining, requisitions, and purchase orders.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate confidently with VPs and Department Heads.
  • Solid understanding of contract terms, three-way matching, and financial controls.
  • Advanced proficiency in procure-to-pay systems, with strong preference for Coupa or similar platforms such as Ariba or NetSuite.
  • Polished business English, both written and spoken, for direct communication with US-based executives.
  • Domain experience aligned to the track applied for: Marketing & Sales, RevOps/IT/Hosting/G&A, or HR/Indirect/Employee Experience.
  • Experience implementing or configuring processes within procurement systems such as Coupa is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite and third-party benchmarking tools is preferred.
