Description

  • Own the end-to-end sales process for enterprise accounts, from discovery through contract close.
  • Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers and executives at Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Conduct discovery calls and deliver product demos to prospective customers.
  • Prospect for new clients and develop product presentations and business cases.
  • Prepare, deliver, and negotiate proposals and contracts.
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to improve the customer experience.
  • Design and deliver on-site and virtual product demonstrations.
  • Represent the product at field events such as conferences and seminars.
  • Scope, manage, and execute customer pilots and proof-of-concepts.
  • Communicate with customers and partners to understand business needs and propose solutions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of enterprise SaaS software sales experience.
  • Experience negotiating, structuring, and executing complex enterprise-level agreements.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams through large deal close processes.
  • Ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value points to customers, including executives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting to C-level executives.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in hosted contact center applications is a distinct advantage.
  • Ability to travel.
