Description

  • Prospect and develop new dealership partnerships to expand the company’s network and market share.
  • Support and manage existing dealer relationships to ensure partner satisfaction and business growth.
  • Conduct market research and analyze regional automotive finance trends to identify opportunities.
  • Adjust outreach and territory strategies based on market conditions and performance insights.
  • Promote the brand through strategic outreach and clear communication with dealership partners.
  • Visit dealerships daily and maintain an active on-site presence across the assigned territory.
  • Own and manage territory performance with a strong focus on results and growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams while also working independently in a field sales environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, ideally in automotive lending, finance, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years in the most recent role, demonstrating a consistent record of professional growth.
  • Hands-on experience in auto finance or dealership account management; special finance experience is highly valued.
  • Ability and willingness to work a six-day schedule with daily in-person dealership visits throughout the territory.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to build trusted relationships and deliver results.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities and adjust strategies.
  • Proactive problem-solving ability in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and full coverage insurance.
  • Must reside within or near the assigned geographic territory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

  • Base salary starting at $80,000 with uncapped commission and bonus potential, for an OTE of approximately $175,000.
