Description

  • Oversee and manage virtual assistants during assigned working hours.
  • Monitor and ensure daily sourcing goals are achieved.
  • Assist with sourcing activities as needed.
  • Help establish and standardize department procedures.
  • Support consistent processes and department-wide goals.
  • Identify opportunities to improve team operations and workflows.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of management experience; 4 years preferred.
  • E-commerce experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to oversee virtual assistants and ensure daily targets are met.
  • Ability to assist with sourcing activities.
  • Ability to standardize and improve department processes.
  • USB noise-canceling headset, working webcam, and computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4 GB RAM.
  • Primary internet connection of at least 25 Mbps and backup connection of at least 10 Mbps.
  • Availability for a 4:00 PM–12:00 AM EST schedule.
