Description

  • Lead and scale the IT function, balancing strategic technology planning with hands-on operational ownership.
  • Design and manage an automated FinOps pipeline, including data warehousing, dashboards, spend tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Expand SaaS lifecycle management through vendor contract storage, invoice and renewal alerts, Shadow IT detection, and FinOps integration.
  • Establish backup, disaster recovery, endpoint protection, DLP, AI governance, and resilience-testing practices.
  • Lead IT due diligence and technology integration for acquisitions and merged divisions, including migration to Lemnis systems and vendor consolidation.
  • Own the technology onboarding pipeline from recruitment through Day 1, including provisioning, communications, equipment logistics, and access.
  • Design and automate JSM, Trelica, Jira, and cross-platform workflows to reduce manual work.
  • Manage user access, endpoints, help desk resolution, communications systems, telephony, and security operations across core SaaS platforms.
  • Manage and mentor 3 IT Support Engineers, oversee Help Desk SLAs, and maintain IT policies and SOPs.
  • Manage IT budgets, vendors, compliance support, and cross-functional relationships with People Operations, Legal, Finance, and Security.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of IT operations experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role managing people and systems.
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Workspace, including Admin Console, GAM, Groups, Drive, and Gmail.
  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID/M365 and modern identity-provider platforms.
  • Experience managing SaaS environments at scale, including provisioning, licensing, SSO configuration, and lifecycle management.
  • Strong endpoint-management experience with Intune, NinjaRMM, or similar MDM/RMM tools.
  • Ability to design and deliver IT automations using Jira Automation, Trelica, Zapier, scripting, or equivalent tools.
  • Experience with FinOps, IT budgeting, or vendor spend management.
  • Working knowledge of DLP, endpoint protection, backup and disaster recovery, and vendor risk assessments.
  • Experience onboarding acquired companies or divisions to a shared technology stack.
  • ITSM experience with Jira Service Management, Zendesk, or an equivalent platform.
  • Strong documentation, SOP, and training-material development skills.
  • Google Administrator, Microsoft Administrator, or security-related certifications (preferred).

Benefits

  • Salary of $145,000-$175,000, depending on experience.
  • Primarily remote full-time work arrangement.
  • Opportunity to lead and build an IT function during organizational growth and acquisitions.
