Description

  • Establish and enforce unified security guardrails, standard configurations, and baseline controls across GCP and OCI.
  • Manage identity federation between cloud environments and implement least-privilege IAM policies and role structures.
  • Configure and operate centralized security monitoring, including GCP Security Command Center and OCI Cloud Guard.
  • Integrate cloud logs and alerts with enterprise monitoring systems.
  • Validate cloud deployments against FedRAMP High, FISMA, and NIST 800-53 requirements in partnership with governance and audit teams.
  • Identify vulnerabilities, policy deviations, and architectural risks and drive remediation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience, plus 5+ years of cloud security engineering, enterprise security architecture, or compliance-program experience.
  • 3+ years of experience leading technical teams, developing technical standards, and providing technical direction for cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Deep knowledge of GCP and OCI security services, IAM, encryption, network security, and monitoring architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud security tools, including Security Command Center, IAM federation, logging pipelines, and vulnerability management.
  • Experience with NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, FISMA, and zero-trust architectures.
  • Current security or SecOps certification from Google, Oracle, AWS, or Azure.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust background investigation.
  • U.S. citizenship and at least 3 years of physical U.S. residency.
  • Experience supporting federal government programs, particularly federal health, preferred.
  • Experience with Assured Workloads, GCP VPC Service Controls, GKE container security, automated CIS guardrails, IaC/CI/CD security, OCI Data Safe, OCI Vault, Cloud KMS, SIEM threat hunting, or cloud-native vulnerability scanning preferred.
