Description

  • Own the marketing strategy, planning cadence, budget discipline, KPI framework, and operating model.
  • Lead demand generation, growth marketing, content, campaigns, events, paid and organic acquisition, lifecycle marketing, marketing operations, and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Drive growth across both product-led and sales-assisted motions, with accountability for qualified pipeline, self-serve revenue, and funnel improvement.
  • Partner with Sales to define shared funnel stages, pipeline SLAs, routing, account priorities, attribution, forecasting, and pipeline goals.
  • Run account-based marketing programs in partnership with Sales and Product Marketing.
  • Bring product marketing strategy to market through integrated campaigns, customer education, webinars, partnerships, and brand initiatives.
  • Build reporting, attribution, dashboards, experimentation frameworks, and funnel visibility to improve decision-making.
  • Embed AI into marketing workflows to improve research, reporting, campaign execution, personalization, experimentation, and efficiency.
  • Align with executive leadership to strengthen commercial focus, measurement, and revenue impact across Marketing.
  • Lead senior ICs and managers while making trade-offs and keeping teams focused on the highest-impact priorities.

Requirements

  • Experience leading marketing in a B2B SaaS company with a mix of product-led growth and sales-assisted growth.
  • A track record of building demand engines that generate qualified pipeline and revenue, not just leads.
  • Deep experience across demand generation, growth marketing, ABM, paid and organic acquisition, lifecycle marketing, campaigns, and marketing operations.
  • Strong commercial and analytical judgment with knowledge of funnels, attribution, experimentation, conversion, CAC, pipeline quality, and revenue metrics.
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales on pipeline creation, account prioritization, and funnel optimization.
  • Experience partnering with Product Marketing while respecting clear ownership boundaries.
  • Ability to simplify complexity and create clarity, focus, accountability, and operational discipline.
  • Commercially creative mindset with a focus on business outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience using AI to improve marketing workflows.
  • Experience leading senior ICs and managers and making difficult trade-offs.
  • Experience in EdTech, e-learning, customer education, creator platforms, LMS, or training businesses, preferred.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS companies combining product-led growth with enterprise sales, preferred.
  • Experience building scalable account-based marketing programs, preferred.
  • Experience introducing AI workflows into marketing organizations, preferred.
  • Experience helping companies shift toward an ICP-led, revenue-focused go-to-market model, preferred.
