Description

  • Serve as the strategic lead and primary business owner across a portfolio of client accounts.
  • Design and guide multi-channel media strategies across paid search, social, programmatic, video, CTV, YouTube, retail media, and emerging platforms.
  • Translate client KPIs, unit economics, and growth goals into media investment frameworks and budget allocations.
  • Lead executive-level client engagements, including QBRs, annual planning sessions, and strategic presentations.
  • Identify same-store growth and expansion opportunities and partner with Business Development on new opportunities.
  • Own account health metrics including retention, revenue growth, profitability, and delivery quality.
  • Partner with Analytics teams to operationalize MTA, MMM, incrementality testing, and advanced measurement frameworks.
  • Drive structured test-and-learn roadmaps to improve performance and support innovation.
  • Act as the connective link between media, analytics, creative, and client leadership to ensure integrated execution.
  • Lead and mentor channel team members while improving internal processes, planning rigor, and strategic storytelling standards.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in media, marketing strategy, or integrated client leadership.
  • Proven experience leading complex, multi-channel accounts with full-funnel strategy ownership.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budget forecasting, revenue management, and profitability oversight.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead executive-level client conversations and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of measurement frameworks, including attribution models, incrementality testing, and media mix modeling.
  • Experience translating business objectives into integrated media, creative, and data strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity into clear, actionable narratives.
  • Strong organizational leadership skills with experience balancing strategic vision and operational execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working within an agency environment supporting enterprise or high-growth brands (preferred).
  • Exposure to brand, retail, or streaming/entertainment clients (preferred).
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics tools and dashboard platforms (preferred).
  • Experience supporting new business pitches and commercial strategy (preferred).
