Description

  • Drive new business growth by qualifying inbound leads and generating opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outbound activities.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline by identifying target accounts, engaging decision-makers, and maintaining accurate CRM reporting and forecasting.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers, including representing the company at industry events.
  • Deliver tailored sales presentations and solution proposals that address client needs and communicate product value.
  • Own the sales cycle from opportunity to close, including proposal development and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Client Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Share market insights and customer feedback with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales approach.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in business development and achieving ambitious sales targets.
  • Fluency in English, Dutch, and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales tools to manage pipelines and close opportunities.
  • Strategic thinking and strong research skills, with the ability to understand market trends and customer needs.
  • Resume should be submitted in English.
  • Ability to work full-time remotely from home in Belgium.
