Description

  • Perform a high volume of outbound calls to prospective law firms.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
  • Build relationships with prospects through LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and Twitter.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly key performance indicators.
  • Exceed team goals to support overall sales success.
  • Engage in confident, persistent conversations with prospects and handle discussions professionally.
  • Create and support first meetings with prospective clients.
  • Work closely with sales management and contribute to a high-performing sales team.

Requirements

  • Experience with CRM systems, including Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, including Excel and Outlook.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Self-discipline, high emotional intelligence, velocity, and endurance.
  • Relentlessly competitive mindset.
  • Exposure to the professional services sector, such as legal, financial, or medical.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain a steady mindset.
