Description

  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the activation and lead delivery domain across scoring, enrichment, Workflows, Lists, and AI-driven activation.
  • Ship Workflows and Lists to general availability, including final delivery, launch, and post-launch iteration.
  • Own the retention loop by enabling customers to prioritize, enrich, and deliver leads seamlessly into their CRM and sales tools.
  • Define and evolve ICP fitness scoring, intent-based scoring, and company tiering models.
  • Expand contact enrichment and buyer group identification to surface the right decision-makers at target companies.
  • Build AI-powered activation features such as recommendations, one-click actions, automated routing, and intelligent templates.
  • Own the CRM integration strategy and ensure reliable data flow into HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, and MS Dynamics.
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, and an Engineering Coordinator in one-month delivery cycles from discovery through launch.
  • Write problem briefs and PRDs, define success metrics, and drive execution from discovery through post-launch measurement.
  • Use data, analytics, AI tooling, and rapid experimentation to identify friction, validate hypotheses, and improve delivery speed.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years at Senior PM level or equivalent.
  • B2B SaaS experience is required.
  • Experience in lead generation, CRM, marketing automation, or sales intelligence platforms is strongly preferred.
  • Experience building activation, automation, or workflow products that turn data insights into user action.
  • Deep understanding of CRM ecosystems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using product analytics, A/B testing, and SQL.
  • Comfort working with APIs, data pipelines, and enrichment architectures.
  • Ability to write clear technical specifications and contribute to architecture discussions.
  • Daily use of AI tools for prototyping, analysis, writing, and decision-making is required.
  • Experience shipping AI-powered product experiences such as scoring models, recommendations, or automated actions is a bonus.
  • Based in Europe and able to work fully remote.
  • Experience with lead scoring, account prioritization, or intent-based products is nice to have.
  • Background in contact enrichment, data quality, or B2B data platforms is nice to have.
  • Experience in PLG or self-serve activation flows is nice to have.
  • Familiarity with Apollo, Cognism, ZoomInfo, 6sense, Clay, or similar platforms is nice to have.
  • Experience working in monthly or bi-weekly shipping cadences is nice to have.
