Description

  • Own and maintain the live service content roadmap for the Hell Let Loose franchise and future games.
  • Define and manage the content calendar for maps, updates, seasonal events, limited-time content, and DLC drops.
  • Prioritise the product backlog across new features, content, and technical improvements.
  • Translate franchise strategy into quarterly and annual content plans that align development, marketing, and publishing.
  • Define, track, and report on live service KPIs such as active users, retention, session length, content engagement, and churn signals.
  • Use player data, community feedback, and competitive research to identify friction points and shape product responses.
  • Build and own a structured community feedback loop across channels such as Steam, Discord, and Reddit.
  • Own the monetisation approach for cosmetics, DLC, and seasonal content for a premium audience.
  • Forecast revenue impact of content releases and live events with portfolio leadership and finance.
  • Lead live readiness processes, including go/no-go decisions, release risk assessment, and post-launch monitoring.
  • Coordinate across development, QA, marketing, community, and publishing to keep live service efforts aligned.
  • Lead or commission player insight and data analysis initiatives and drive retrospectives after major releases.

Requirements

  • Experience in product management or live operations in the games industry.
  • Direct experience managing a live service content calendar and delivering against engagement or commercial KPIs.
  • Real-world experience in the games industry, from a developer, publisher, or both.
  • Experience working on PC or console titles.
  • Ability to demonstrate a clear understanding of how premium PC and console live services differ from free-to-play or mobile models.
  • Proven cross-functional experience with development, marketing, and commercial teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with product dashboards, performance data, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to write crisp product briefs, run cross-functional meetings, and communicate strategy clearly to executives and developers.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities.
  • Commercial awareness and comfort discussing revenue impacts and pricing decisions.
  • Personal familiarity with Hell Let Loose or similar community-driven tactical shooters is a bonus.
  • Experience managing live service across more than one title or within a franchise context is a bonus.
  • Hands-on exposure to PC and console DLC and cosmetics monetisation is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, GameAnalytics, and Amplitude is a bonus.
