Description

  • Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Sell high-value medical capital equipment such as imaging systems, surgical equipment, diagnostic devices, and laboratory systems.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives, physicians, clinical staff, supply chain leaders, and biomedical departments.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and on-site evaluations.
  • Develop strategic account plans to penetrate and expand key accounts.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas.
  • Develop ROI analyses, cost justification proposals, and capital budget presentations.
  • Respond to RFPs and manage competitive bid processes.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management in CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Candidates must live in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, or Tennessee.
  • Experience selling capital equipment in the healthcare industry is required.
  • A proven track record of closing large, strategic deals is required.
  • Ability to manage long, complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong clinical and financial acumen is required.
  • Experience understanding clinical workflows and aligning solutions to customer needs.
  • Ability to assist customers with capital approval processes.
  • Experience with CRM-based forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% throughout the Midwest region.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $70,000 to $85,000 per year.
  • Commission and bonus plan.
  • Mostly remote work arrangement.
  • Up to 20% travel in the Midwest region.
