Description

  • Own content production and coordination across social, email, and blog marketing channels.
  • Maintain the company website and manage content updates in a CMS.
  • Support event planning, conference coordination, and related logistics.
  • Keep CRM data clean, accurate, and reliable.
  • Track what needs to be done and independently follow through on operational tasks.
  • Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities to keep the team moving.
  • Support the sales and marketing team’s visibility and competitiveness in the market.

Requirements

  • Experience producing content across social media, email, and blog channels.
  • Comfort with basic web maintenance and content management systems.
  • Experience coordinating events, conferences, or similar logistics.
  • Experience working in HubSpot or a comparable CRM.
  • Ability to identify needed tasks and take initiative to complete them.
  • Comfort working on a fully remote team with no traditional managers.
  • U.S.-based candidates may be subject to union representation and related employment terms changes.

Benefits
