Description

  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to develop proposal content from kickoff through final delivery.
  • Translate solutions into tailored business proposals that address prospects’ unique needs.
  • Analyze products and services and incorporate their capabilities into the proposal narrative.
  • Support proposal development activities, including brainstorm sessions and RFP defense meetings.
  • Use PowerPoint, Word, and other desktop publishing tools to format proposal materials.
  • Proofread and edit content for clarity, conciseness, and consistency.
  • Research and write on complex topics relevant to the proposal.
  • Maintain the content repository and use proposal databases effectively.
  • Adhere to strict proposal schedules and deadlines.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in English, Biological Science, Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a writer.
  • Experience in healthcare or specialty pharmacy is a plus.
  • Public relations and/or marketing agency experience is a plus.
  • Strong teamwork skills and a desire to learn and grow.
  • Strong organizational, decision-making, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong proofing, editing, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet stringent deadlines and work under pressure.
