Description

Lead, mentor, and grow backend and frontend engineering teams.
Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Conduct performance reviews, career development planning, and hiring activities.
Define and drive system architecture across .NET microservices and React applications.
Ensure system scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
Guide development of DDD-based microservices and distributed systems.
Oversee API design for REST, gRPC, and event-driven architectures.
Lead the design and development of scalable, maintainable React applications.
Own delivery timelines, sprint planning, and technical estimations.
Collaborate with Product, QA, and stakeholders to align priorities and deliver high-quality releases.
Oversee CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, containerization, monitoring, and incident management.
Enforce secure coding practices and modern authentication mechanisms.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
8+ years of software engineering experience with strong hands-on expertise in .NET and C#.
3+ years of experience as a manager or lead.
Proven experience managing and scaling engineering teams.
Strong experience with React.js and modern frontend architectures.
Deep understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
Experience with REST APIs, gRPC, and event-driven architecture.
Strong knowledge of SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, and performance tuning.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments.
Solid understanding of software design principles including SOLID, Clean Architecture, and design patterns.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in high-growth startups or scaling environments is preferred.
Familiarity with Angular is a plus.
Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms is preferred.
Background in building high-availability, enterprise-grade systems is preferred.
