Description

  • Hire, mentor, and develop engineers to help them perform well and grow in their careers.
  • Partner with Product to define goals, measure success, and unblock the team so they deliver customer value.
  • Own sustainable delivery by planning proactively, communicating clearly, and keeping projects on track.
  • Gather feedback and refine team processes to improve how work gets done.
  • Champion modern engineering practices that raise the technical bar.
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering team on feature development and project execution.
  • Devise scalable solutions for the platform and its workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including team leadership.
  • Proven ability to build engaged, autonomous teams that achieve ambitious goals.
  • Strong technical background in modern web application development.
  • Experience with C#, Node.js, TypeScript, AWS, AngularJS, Svelte, SQL Server, Redis, and/or ElasticSearch.
  • Familiarity with AWS, or eagerness to learn quickly.
  • Passion for continuous learning, clear communication, and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid environment.
  • Experience in a remote or hybrid work setting (implied by role context).
