Description

  • Execute 150–200+ outbound cold calls per day to generate pipeline.
  • Book qualified appointments for the sales team.
  • Follow proven scripts while adapting to live conversations.
  • Handle objections confidently and keep prospects engaged.
  • Maintain accurate notes and activity records in the CRM.
  • Continuously improve call performance and conversion rates.
  • Take ownership of daily activity and consistently hit dialing targets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in cold calling or SDR roles.
  • Proven B2B cold calling experience with metrics such as dials per day, connect rates, and appointments set.
  • Track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota.
  • Ability to handle objections on the spot with clear, word-for-word rebuttals.
  • Baseline knowledge of digital marketing, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and CRM concepts.
  • Clear, direct communication style with the ability to answer questions without rambling.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in fluent English at C1 level.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
  • High motivation and strong financial drive.
  • Experience with performance-based, target-driven outbound sales environments (preferred).
