Description

  • Prospect, qualify, and engage potential customers through calls, emails, and social outreach.
  • Nurture inbound and outbound leads by providing customer support and guidance.
  • Walk customers through the sales process with patience and professionalism.
  • Build relationships with high-profile B2C clients and B2B organizations.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the team and share learnings to improve growth and performance.

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written, with a clear, professional, customer-oriented style.
  • Proven persistence and diligence in a sales or customer-facing role; SDR/BDR experience is preferred.
  • Comfort with high-volume outreach and structured follow-up processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to guide customers step by step through the process.
  • Positive, self-motivated, and resilient attitude.
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn new tools quickly, including CRM, email platforms, and communication tools.
  • Must be available to work US Mountain Time hours, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM MT.
