Description

  • Manage and coordinate complex executive calendars.
  • Provide direct administrative and operational support to ownership and leadership.
  • Support coaching practice coordination and day-to-day executive assistant needs.
  • Deliver real-time support during Coach Community Gatherings, including uploading materials and managing communications.
  • Coordinate and use digital platforms such as Mighty Networks and WhatsApp for community operations.
  • Maintain and update collateral, training materials, meeting agendas, and session resources with accuracy.
  • Support internal communication flow across the BGOS team to keep execution aligned.
  • Organize and maintain BGOS systems, documentation, and digital assets.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows and implement efficiency solutions.
  • Use artificial intelligence tools to streamline collateral and administrative processes where applicable.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in an Executive Assistant or Administrative role.
  • Experience supporting executives or leadership teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in calendar management, digital collaboration tools, and administrative systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Basic mathematical and reasoning abilities.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with a business operating system such as EOS or a similar framework is preferred.
  • Familiarity with community platforms such as Mighty Networks or similar tools is preferred.
  • AI proficiency for content creation, editing, or workflow automation is preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish ability is preferred.
  • Experience in SaaS or coaching/training organizations is preferred.

  • Salary of $1,600–$2,000 USD per month, based on experience.
