Description

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat with accurate and helpful information.
  • Process orders, returns, and refunds according to company policies.
  • Maintain customer records and databases to keep information accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate with different departments to resolve customer issues and inquiries.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Support the management team with report preparation and analysis of customer feedback.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or related roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail) or similar tools.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment suitable for remote work.
  • Experience supporting remote teams or working in an international company is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM or project management tools is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of workflow automation or process documentation is preferred.
