Description

  • Handle English- and Mandarin-speaking customer inquiries, calls, messages, and CRM records.
  • Prepare and review estimates, product details, pricing, and glass or order information.
  • Send invoices, collect deposits, and follow up with customers.
  • Coordinate customer approvals and scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate customer and service records in the CRM.
  • Work US hours for 20–40 hours per week.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of proven customer service experience in a B2C or B2B environment.
  • English and Mandarin proficiency at least at the B2 level, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Technology proficiency with desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP tools.
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets such as Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools such as Google Calendar.
  • Proactive, confident, and detail-oriented work style.
  • USB noise-canceling headset, working webcam, and computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4 GB RAM.
  • Primary internet speed of at least 25 Mbps and backup internet speed of at least 10 Mbps.
