Description

Serve as the main point of contact for an assigned portfolio of marketing clients and build trust-based relationships.
Lead regular client meetings and check-ins to review performance, discuss strategy, and address concerns.
Develop and present monthly performance reports with insights and strategic recommendations.
Translate client goals and feedback into clear internal briefs for delivery teams across paid media, SEO, content, and creative.
Proactively identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
Monitor campaign performance and ensure deliverables are completed on time and to quality standards.
Manage client expectations around timelines, scope, and results.
Escalate and resolve client issues quickly while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
Collaborate with internal specialists to develop and refine client strategies.
Track account health metrics such as NPS, retention, and revenue per account, and flag at-risk accounts proactively.

Requirements

2 to 4 years of experience in account management, client success, or client services within a marketing agency or similar environment.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including paid media, SEO, social, email, or content.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B1 to C1).
Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to interpret performance data and communicate insights clearly to non-technical clients.
Experience with project management and/or CRM tools.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional environment for client calls.
Availability to work US time zones.
Comfortable working as an independent contractor.
Experience managing accounts in a performance marketing or ecommerce-focused agency (preferred).
Familiarity with marketing reporting platforms such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar (preferred).
Background in a specific marketing channel such as paid media, SEO, social, or email (preferred).
Experience identifying and closing upsell opportunities within existing client accounts (preferred).
Knowledge of project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp (preferred).
Track record of high client retention and NPS scores (preferred).
