Description

  • Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing.
  • Help customers understand the value of Cribl throughout the sales process.
  • Articulate the value proposition across the organization, from engineers to CxOs.
  • Forecast accurately and consistently hit sales targets.
  • Build strong, enduring customer relationships.
  • Work occasionally outside standard hours to support a remote-first, multi-time-zone team.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of quota-carrying enterprise security sales experience.
  • Experience selling to Security and IT personas, including SIEM and observability buyers and CISO/CIO stakeholders.
  • Experience working at an earlier-stage startup with fewer than 1,000 employees, or demonstrated entrepreneurial experience throughout your career.
  • Proven track record of landing 5+ new logos per year.
  • Experience running complex sales processes.
  • Experience selling through a channel-led motion.
  • Ability to create demand in a territory and sell unbudgeted solutions.
  • Background using MEDDIC.
  • Must be based in the State of Michigan and live locally to the territory.
  • Availability to occasionally work outside standard business hours.
