Description

  • Drive strategic B2B field sales from pipeline development and lead cultivation through customer acquisition.
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies that support customer retention and referrals.
  • Close new business while working to shorten the sales cycle.
  • Manage multiple accounts as the primary point of contact and trusted resource for customers.
  • Build deep relationships across accounts, from end users to executives, to provide full coverage.
  • Promote AccuWeather’s enterprise solutions within assigned verticals and engage decision-makers at target companies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to expand current accounts and position new products and services.
  • Maintain pipeline accuracy, forecasting discipline, and quota attainment.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales Support, Account Management, and other internal teams to support campaigns and competitive positioning.
  • Manage and update sales data in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and follow up on leads from multiple sources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise or large corporate sales environments.
  • Experience selling across multiple verticals such as Manufacturing, Logistics, Transportation, Healthcare, Insurance, or FinTech.
  • Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed quota.
  • Excellent client relations and negotiating skills.
  • Strong verbal and written presentation skills with the ability to communicate clearly at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Must work well in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Willingness to travel 20-30% of the time, including overnight trips.
  • Ability to work remotely, with U.S. hiring limited to CA, CO, CT, DE, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MD, MN, MO, NE, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, and WY.
