Description

  • Consult incoming warm leads and help them choose courses aligned with their goals.
  • Guide clients from first contact through purchase decision and payment.
  • Maintain communication with existing customers to drive repeat sales and relevant product offers.
  • Handle objections and support clients through the sales process.
  • Manage the CRM system in HubSpot by updating statuses, recording agreements, and logging outcomes.
  • Communicate with clients by phone, messenger, and email.
  • Work across multiple stages of the sales funnel while maintaining speed and communication quality.
  • Set and achieve personal and team KPI targets.
  • Stay immersed in course topics across marketing, finance, design, IT, ML, and AI.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2C sales.
  • Experience handling a large volume of leads and calls.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques such as SPIN or similar methods.
  • Ability to handle objections and bring clients to a decision.
  • Strong interest in sales and motivation by results.
  • Structured work style with strong prioritization and self-management.
  • Ability to take ownership of personal results.
  • Fast learning and adaptability to new information.
  • Confident use of CRM systems and messaging tools.
  • EdTech experience is a plus.
  • English or another language at B2 level or higher is a plus.
