Description

  • Analyze the needs of internal stakeholders and collaborate with technical and business teams to build effective solutions.
  • Investigate and improve IT system architecture by identifying bottlenecks and proposing performance and reliability optimizations.
  • Support the operation of the chat-bot and web application, including business process logic, API integrations, and external services.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, procedures, and usage instructions.
  • Define monitoring, alerting, and backup requirements for services.
  • Analyze incidents, troubleshoot service failures, and provide timely, high-quality feedback.
  • Collaborate with development, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure product stability and reliability.
  • Support APIs and resolve issues related to JSON/XML, REST, and WebSocket integrations.
  • Work with logs and metrics to identify root causes of incidents using tools such as Kibana, Grafana, Loki, and Prometheus.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or product maintenance for web applications or CRM systems.
  • Strong understanding of web application principles, REST APIs, HTTP protocols, and WebSocket.
  • Experience working with Unix/Linux systems.
  • Understanding of microservice architecture and hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or private OpenStack clouds.
  • Practical experience administering databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, or Cassandra.
  • Experience configuring Nginx/HAProxy and load balancing.
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Kibana, and Zabbix.
  • Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and technical documentation preparation, review, and updates.
  • Understanding of data exchange formats such as JSON and XML, and knowledge of SOAP/REST.
  • English proficiency sufficient to read technical documentation.
