Description

  • Work in a cross-functional team with analysts, developers, and designers to deliver product features.
  • Identify potential solution options and assess them for technical and business suitability.
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager, Development team, IT, external stakeholders, and end-users to ensure compatibility and satisfaction.
  • Analyze requirements and define use cases and functional requirements for the software.
  • Design chatbot scenarios for B2B users.
  • Create and update functional and technical descriptions of related business processes.
  • Manage requirements through prioritization, traceability, verification, and validation.
  • Support backlog management and facilitation when needed.
  • Oversee test implementation, gather user feedback, and propose functional improvements.
  • Select and implement the necessary tools, technologies, and techniques.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant working experience.
  • Experience producing solution artifacts such as UML, Use Cases, Business Rules, and Functional/Non-Functional Specifications.
  • Good knowledge of Scrum methodology and the BA role in Scrum.
  • Good understanding of web standards, protocols, messaging protocols, and data formats such as REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, HTTP, FTP, and TCP.
  • Understanding of low-code engineering.
  • Experience with configuration in Node-red.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC principles.
  • Understanding of CI/CD principles and tools.
  • Good communication and facilitation skills.
  • Strong analytical and system thinking skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and deal effectively with ambiguity.
  • Experience in low-code programming is a plus.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or MS SQL Server is a plus.
  • Understanding and experience applying SOA, DDD, monoliths, and design patterns is a plus.
  • Experience designing RESTful APIs is a plus.
  • Basic expertise in mobile development technologies is a plus.
  • Experience in integration projects is a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
