Description

  • Lead the development and deployment of automated workflows across departments using JHA Enterprise Workflow or similar platforms.
  • Map business processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement scalable automation solutions.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for workflow best practices and governance.
  • Create process documentation, flow diagrams, standard operating procedures, risk assessments, and training materials.
  • Partner with the Banking Systems Administrator on core system changes.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications within the Jack Henry ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with IT, Operations, Compliance, and other teams to ensure regulatory and business alignment.
  • Monitor applicable regulations, follow bank policies, complete required training, and help identify suspicious or fraudulent activity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or 3+ years of experience in workflow automation, process improvement, or systems analysis.
  • Proven experience with workflow automation platforms.
  • Experience with core banking systems, preferably Jack Henry Silverlake.
  • Working knowledge of APIs, system integrations, data flows, and integration troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of banking operations, compliance standards, and customer service workflows.
  • Experience using Excel, databases, and form-building tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, adapt to changing priorities, and collaborate effectively.
  • Commitment to environmental, social, economic, and racial justice.
  • Must have valid U.S. work authorization; visa sponsorship is not provided.
  • Ability to work Eastern Standard Hours, travel occasionally within the U.S., and meet the listed physical requirements.
  • Completion of cognitive and personality assessments, background and credit checks, and reference checks is required during the hiring process.
