Description

  • Lead discovery of current-state processes, workflows, roles, pain points, data needs, controls, dependencies, and future-state requirements.
  • Define PSA business capabilities and translate stakeholder needs into prioritized, traceable requirements.
  • Cover requirements for project setup, resource management, financial processes, reporting, integrations, governance, and operational workflows.
  • Support PSA RFP development and vendor evaluation through capability definition, workshops, demonstrations, and gap assessment.
  • Partner with business, GET/IT, and the selected PSA provider on future-state design and implementation.
  • Maintain requirements traceability and support testing, UAT, solution validation, and business readiness activities.

Requirements

  • Senior-level experience in business process analysis, process design, requirements discovery, and business transformation.
  • Experience documenting current-state and future-state processes, capabilities, business rules, and workflows.
  • Experience facilitating discovery sessions and workshops with complex, cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to create clear, prioritized, structured, and traceable business and functional requirements.
  • Experience identifying opportunities for process simplification, standardization, and redesign.
  • Experience with platform selection, RFP development, vendor evaluation, and solution assessment.
  • Strong requirements management and traceability skills throughout solution design and implementation.
  • Ability to bridge business and technology teams across architecture, integrations, security, data, and governance.
  • Experience with solution validation, UAT scenarios, acceptance criteria, and business readiness.
  • Experience with PSA platforms, enterprise implementations, project and resource management, financial processes, reporting, or data governance is preferred.
