Description

  • Serve as the primary non-technical point of contact for assigned Managed Services accounts and build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by communicating feedback to management and resolving concerns in a timely manner.
  • Proactively check in with clients through regular ad hoc meetings and recurring status meetings.
  • Prepare agendas and meeting notes, track follow-up items, and coordinate updates with internal teams.
  • Work with technical teams to identify technology improvements and present recommendations to clients and the internal sales team.
  • Coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews and Annual Strategic Planning Meetings.
  • Drive relationship growth through scheduled in-person meetings at client locations.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and contacts.
  • Manage client initiatives across accounts and develop proficiency in internal systems and operating procedures.
  • Work with Procurement on timely hardware and software renewals, review invoices for accuracy, and resolve billing issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated success developing and maintaining client relationships.
  • Strong customer service skills and comfort working with external audiences.
  • High energy, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, adapt quickly to change, and perform accurate data entry.
  • Proficiency with general office applications such as Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to travel periodically to client locations.
  • Must live in an eligible state or district, including CT, DE, FL, GA, IL, MD, MA, NY, NV, SC, NC, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, DC, KY, PA, OH, or WA.
